Standard equipment on all the 2007 Forenza models includes air conditioning, power windows, locks and mirrors. For more pampering, try the Popular trim level which offers cruise control and keyless entry. For sun worshipers, the Popular trim level can put you in more intimate touch with the healing rays of the sun with a standard sunroof. The interior features of the Forenza offer its driver a fully adjustable seat, excellent instrumentation, and a superb audio system. The split folding rear seat will not go unnoticed as it offers a configuration for carrying some pretty unwieldy cargo.

Safety is a priority in the 2007 Suzuki Forenza, as exemplified by its front side airbags, 4-wheel disc brakes, and optional; anti-lock brakes. The Forenza handles admirably in a variety of driving conditions. Highway travel is quiet and relaxing, while it also manages curves with agility and surefootedness. Off the line, the 2007 Forenza is not a jackrabbit but, ascends hills with aplomb. Surprisingly for an economy automobile, the Forenza is remarkably quiet, especially on the highway. Engine noise does become noticeable on acceleration, but outside noise is minimal. Braking is quick and sure with no fading or mushiness behind the break pedal.

We especially liked the exterior lines of the 2007 Forenza, which are clearly European influenced. The strong grille statement and up-swept headlights positively smile at you. The fuel economy specs for the 2007 Forenza are worthy of review with 23 mpg city and 30 mpg highway for the manual transmission, and 22 mpg city and 31 mpg highway for the automatic. The 2007 Suzuki Forenza is a car designed for the economy-minded driver, but keeps up with its upscale competitors with its admirable performance, and many coveted features.

With a redesigned Italian style front fascia featuring the new Suzuki grille and an upgraded interior, the Forenza entered the 2006 model year without much industry excitement or acclaim. Although the cabin was spacious and attractive, materials were substandard in comparison to other economy cars. Power and performance were again both lacking when compared to other small cars, yet it could still get you where you wanted to go with some impressive safety and convenience features without draining your bank account.

The 2007 Forenza is equipped with an unassuming 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine that produces 127 horsepower. Front wheel drive and a 5 speed manual transmission come standard, while a 4 speed automatic is optional. With mpg ratings of 22 in the city and 31 on the highway, the gas mileage is not overwhelmingly impressive. Only one trim level is available for both the sedan and the wagon with standard equipment including color coordinated front and rear bumpers, a tire-pressure monitoring system, adjustable driver seat, air-conditioning, power operated doors and windows and a premium eight-speaker stereo with CD player with steering wheel mounted controls. An optional Convenience Package adds a remote keyless entry and cruise control, while the Popular Package includes these features and also adds a sunroof.

2.5L 152hp 172 lb-ft DOHC I4 or the 4.0L 261hp 281 lb-ft V6. Both are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The V6 engine is great for powerful cruising and also ensures you of a smooth, quiet ride in almost every driving situation. Steering is responsive and firm, braking is effective and the quality of the ride is at least adequately comfortable. In fact, the Equator offers you a more pleasant-feeling ride than several of its competitors.

Its low-ranging gear ratios make the 2009 Equator a serious player in the off-road realm. The rear locking differential is accompanied by 3 separate skid plates and spacious ground clearance as well. You can take on rough terrain with confidence whenever the need arises. It’s a fact that most pickups are driven with no bed cargo most of the time. That being said, either the I4 or V6 engine Equator is an intelligent choice for most drivers. Unless you regularly have the need for heavy hauling or towing, a midsized truck like these Suzuki’s is a great choice - especially with today’s fuel prices.

The 2009 Equator by Suzuki is targeting the outdoor enthusiasts and those who desire a sportier look than is delivered by many of the competition including the Chevrolet Colorado, the Ford Ranger, the Honda Ridgeline and the Toyota Tacoma. In fact, the 2009 Equator is Suzuki’s version of the Nissan Frontier. The major differentiation between the two in appearance is the innovative and bold front styling of the Equator.

One of the most popular selling points of the Suzuki Equator is that it comes stock with a 7-year, 100,000-mile, zero-deductible standard warranty that remains completely transferable. It is also notable that the Suzuki Company had over 3 million sales of motorcycles and ATVs in 2007 alone. These vehicles require a truck to haul - and the Equator is set up perfectly to do so. Sports enthusiasts are lovin’ the Equator big time. It is one of just a few midsized pickups that come with a possible Crew Cab/Extended bed length configuration.

The look between the 2 types of SX4 are similar, but feature unique front fascias. Both versions also feature an eye-catching and very practical 1/4-sized vent window that flips down from front to back on each of the frontal side windows.

There’s no doubt about it: the 2009 Suzuki SX4s are making a big scene in the compact car market. With standard features that others just do not offer and a fun, sporty look, these capable and responsive compacts are far more than just cute. It’s a wise choice to consider the possibilities offered to you in terms of dependability, fuel efficiency and downright fun by the Suzuki SX4.

The 2009 SX4 by Suzuki is blowing the minds of many with the inclusion of a state-of-the-art navigational system as a standard feature. Especially at the price point presented, this is almost unheard of in any other vehicle. And that’s not all either. Electronic stability control, traction control and split-folding rear seating is also standard on all models. Quite excellent indeed.

Interestingly, the Crossover SX4 was initially released in 2007 with the sedan version being released in 2008. For 2009, the Suzuki SX4 is continuing to perk a lot of ears and turn a lot of heads as well. In fact, it looks surprisingly like the Mercedes-Benz ML-Class SUV (the Crossover hatchback version). And Suzuki obviously had intention with the name Crossover as a crossover is usually automobile lingo reserved for a cross between a pickup truck and a SUV vehicle.

6 standard airbags are included for the safety of you and your passengers as well as LATCH child seat anchors, tire pressure monitoring and the aforementioned stability and traction control systems. If you want the maximum safety, opt for the AWD system as well.

The Suzuki XL7 grants you plenty of power from any speed traveled. Power-wise, there is little difference between front-wheel and all-wheel driven models. Although test speeds for the new transmission models have not been reported yet, the previous transmission models achieved zero to sixty times in less than 8 seconds. From starting out strong to passing with fervor, the XL7 delivers loads of pep and gumption.

City/highway gas mileage averages 16.6 mpg for the 2009 XL7. Because these crossovers are fitted with a suspension system that is based for smoothness and comfort, there is some degree of lean when entering corners with any substantial speed. Steering is said to feel a bit artificial and distant. And, it’s a bit difficult to maneuver an XL7 in tight circumstances due to its wide turning radius. Although the brake pedal seems a bit loose, the braking is quite adequate.

Easily-read gauges and a well-designed dash make the 2009 XL7 simplistic to navigate and understand. All knobs and other controls are located in a handy fashion and never make the driver reach far for them. The navigation system is optional and has a screen that could stand to be larger. Also, it lacks any audio instructions and/or real time weather reporting.

For 2009, the Base trim and all models that accommodated only 5 passengers have been discontinued. There are currently three trims to choose from: the Premium, Luxury and the Limited. All available trims now come with a stock 3.6L 252hp V6 engine that provides ample power for all scenarios. The 5-speed automatic transmission has been upgraded to a fuel-saving 6-speed auto.

Available features for safety include ABS braking, front/side/side curtain airbags, anti-skid system, electronic traction control and more. There’s also an innovative load-leveling electronic system standard on all trims. Towing capacity is capped at 3500 pounds and all trims offer either front-wheel or all-wheel drive systems. Limited trims feature genuine leather upholstery, NAV systems, DVD entertainment and sunroofs.

Competition for the 2009 XL7 from Suzuki comes from the Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, Ford Flex, Dodge Journey, Hyundai Santa Fe and the Toyota Highlander to name a few. MSRPs for the XL7 range from $25,595 up to $29,980.

When the topic is SUV value, the 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara is sure to enter the conversation. World class seating, cargo carrying, and styling are but a sampling of the qualities that make the 2007 Grand Vitara a winner. Marvel at Grand Vitara’s handling and standard features, not to mention its best in class warranty.

Another made-for-the-family vehicle is the 2007 Suzuki Forenza Wagon, which causes people to stop in the street and wonder, “How can I get one of those?” No need to swap price for quality when it comes to the Forenza Wagon. Standard features like air conditioning, power steering, steering-wheel mounted audio controls, power door locks, and a full armamentarium of airbags. There is no wonder that SUV owners are faced with a dilemma when thinking of trading in their urban assault vehicle for a 2007 model.

Suzuki is Japan’s second largest manufacturer of economy cars and models like the 2007 Suzuki SX4 will keep people coming back. The SX4 is America’s solution to the parking shortage. With its small size outside and huge space inside, the SX4 is nearly an optical illusion in its roominess. Like to travel in style? The SX4 has every bit the styling and quality features of cars costing thousands more. On the street, the 2007 Suzuki SX4 will shine, upgraded with a smart body kit, spoiler, and ground effects.

Every model in the Suzuki line has a reason to stand out in the crowd in 2007, from the new Aerio with its price and its segment-leading handling and performance. Then there is the 2007 Suzuki Forenza sedan, a modern engineering miracle. This car is a must-have for your family, getting you there and back safely, in style, and affordably. 2007 looks like a great year for Suzuki, and thankfully, for the US driving public as well.
